La majorité qualifiée est définie comme la même proportion des voix pondérées et la même proportion du nombre des membres concernés du Conseil que celles fixées à l’article 205, paragraphe 2, du traité instituant la Communauté européenne et à l’article 23, paragraphe 2, deuxième et troisième alinéas, du présent traité pour ce qui est d’une coopération renforcée établie sur la base de l’article 27 C. L’unanimité est constituée par les voix des seuls membres concernés du Conseil.
The qualified majority shall be defined as the same proportion of the weighted votes and the same proportion of the number of the Council members concerned as laid down in Article 205(2) of the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in the second and third subparagraphs of Article 23(2) of this Treaty as regards enhanced cooperation established on the basis of Article 27c. Unanimity shall be constituted by only those Council members concerned.
