Nonobstant le paragraphe 4, point c), sous ii), iii) et iv), toute substance utilisée dans la production d'une denrée alimentaire et toujours présente dans le produit fini, même sous une forme modifiée, et provenant d'ingrédients énumérés à l'annexe III bis est considérée comme un ingrédient et est mentionnée sur l'étiquetage, assortie d'une référence claire au nom de l'ingrédient dont elle provient.
Notwithstanding paragraph 4(c)(ii), (iii) and (iv), any substance used in production of a foodstuff and still present in the finished product, even if in altered form, and originating from ingredients listed in Annex IIIa shall be considered as an ingredient and shall be indicated on the label with a clear reference to the name of the ingredient from which it originates.
