L’Union européenne souhaite que tous les acteurs de ces processus (l’armée burundaise, les ex-mouvements armés, la Banque Mondiale à travers le programme MDRP, et les autres acteurs bilatéraux ou internationaux) maintiennent une coordination étroite et opérationnelle sous l’égide de l’ONUB, afin que ces processus puissent être mis pleinement en application.
It is the European Union's wish that all the players involved (the Burundian army, the former armed movements, the World Bank via the MDRP programme, and the other bilateral and international players) maintain close operational coordination under the aegis of the ONUB so that the process can be fully implemented.
