Je dois cependant faire une remarque: le 21 septembre – soit il y a un mois – le gouvernement, sous la forme du parti qui le soutient, le parti socialiste, a présenté au parlement un amendement à la loi sur le contrôle du commerce extérieur de matériel de défense et à usage double, qui vise en partie à restreindre – et, le cas échéant, à interdire – les sous-munitions qui sont particulièrement dangereuses pour les civils.
