Si tout le monde joue son rôle et se met à la tâche sincèrement déterminé à faire que quoi qu'il arrive, ce soit dans l'intérêt de tous ceux qui sont concernés, alors, d'après mon expérience, il faut poursuivre le dialogue, être disposés à continuer d'y participer jusqu'à ce qu'on puisse arriver à quelque chose de constructif et de positif.
If people are playing their roles and coming to the table, sincerely wanting to make sure that whatever happens is in the best interests of everybody concerned, then it's been my experience that you have to stay with it, be willing to stay in the conversation until such time as you can arrive at something that you think is constructive and positive.
