Pour déterminer s’il y a lieu de révoquer le pardon d’une personne qui a été condamnée pour une nouvelle infraction à une loi fédérale ou à ses règlements, punissable sur déclaration de culpabilité par procédure sommaire, la Commission doit tenir compte de tous les renseignements pertinents, ce qui comprend les renseignements qui semblent indiquer que la personne fait preuve d’indifférence significative à l’égard de la sécurité publique, de l’ordre public et/ou des lois et règlements, compte tenu de ses antécédents criminels; la similarité de l’infraction commise avec l’infraction pour laquelle le pardon a été reçu; la période qui s’est écoulée depuis la satisfaction de toutes les peines 18.A pardon may be revoked by the National Parole Board if the person to whom it was granted is subsequently convicted of an offence punishable on

...[+++]or knowingly concealed some material particular to that application.17 When determining whether to revoke a pardon where the individual is subsequently convicted of an offence punishable on summary conviction under a federal Act or its regulations, the Board will consider all relevant information, including information that suggests a significant disregard for public safety and order and laws and regulations, or both, given the offender’s criminal history; whether the offence is consistent with the offence for which the pardon was received; and the time period since the satisfaction of all sentences.18
