I will give some history of the implementation contract with Tungavik Federation of Nunavut, TFN, and Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated, NTI. TFN was negotiating the land claims agreement, and the implementation contract was signed by the Government of the Northwest Territories and the Government of Canada.
