«Raisins frais»: fruit de la vigne utilisé en vinification, mûr ou même légèrement passerillé, susceptible d'être foulé ou pressé avec des moyens ordinaires de cave et d'engendrer spontanément une fermentation alcoolique.
‘Fresh grapes’ shall mean the fruit of the vine used in making wine, ripe or even slightly raisined, which may be crushed or pressed by normal wine-cellar means and which may spontaneously produce alcoholic fermentation.
