La Commission européenne a infligé aujourd'hui des amendes d'un montant total de 11,95 millions d'euros aux sociétés Britannia Alloys Chemicals Ltd, Heubach GmbH Co. KG, James Brown Ltd, Société Nouvelle des Couleurs Zinciques S.A., Trident Alloys Ltd et Waardals Kjemiske Fabrikker A/S, pour avoir participé à une entente ayant eu pour objet la fixation des prix et le partage des marchés dans le secteur du phosphate de zinc, un pigment minéral anticorrosion utilisé pour la fabrication de peintures industrielles".
The European Commission today fined Britannia Alloys Chemicals Ltd, Heubach GmbH Co. KG, James Brown Ltd, Société Nouvelle des Couleurs Zinciques S.A., Trident Alloys Ltd and Waardals Kjemiske Fabrikker A/S a total of € 11.95 million for participating in a price-fixing and market-sharing cartel in zinc phosphate, an anti-corrosion mineral pigment widely used for the manufacture of industrial paints.
