i) "information", le fait que l'organe représentant les travailleurs et/ou les représentants des travailleurs sont informés, par l'organe compétent de la SCE, sur les questions qui concernent la SCE elle-même et toute filiale ou tout établissement situé dans un autre État membre ou sur les questions qui excèdent les pouvoirs des instances de décision d'un État membre, cette information se faisant à un moment, d'une façon et avec un contenu qui permettent aux représentants des travailleurs d'évaluer en profondeur l'incidence éventuelle et, le cas échéant, de préparer des consultations avec l'organe compétent de la SCE.
(i) "information" means the informing of the body representative of the employees and/or the employees' representatives by the competent organ of the SCE on questions which concern the SCE itself and any of its subsidiaries or establishments situated in another Member State or which exceed the powers of the decision-making organs in a single Member State at a time, in a manner and with a content which allows the employees' representatives to undertake an in-depth assessment of the possible impact and, where appropriate, prepare consultations with the competent organ of the SCE.
