With respect to some of those really serious resistance patterns — MRSA and vancomycin resistance — as well and some of the serious things that happen within the hospitals, from nosocomial infections to people who get ill when they go into the hospital, we have done a fair bit of work with the hospital community in helping them identify ways to prevent those things from happening, such as usage guidelines.
