1. Le titulaire d’une autorisation de mise sur le marché concernant un médicament de thérapie innovante établit et tient à jour un système assurant la traçabilité du médicament concerné ainsi que de ses matières de départ et matières premières, y compris toutes les substances en contact avec les éventuels tissus ou cellules, depuis la source jusqu’à l’hôpital, l’institution ou le cabinet de consultation où le produit est utilisé, en passant par les étapes de fabrication, de conditionnement, de stockage, de transport et de livraison.
1. The holder of a marketing authorisation for an advanced therapy medicinal product shall establish and maintain a system ensuring that the individual product and its starting and raw materials, including all substances coming into contact with the tissues or cells it may contain, can be traced through the sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, storing, transport and delivery to the hospital, institution or private practice where the product is used.
