En ce qui concerne les dérivés stables du sang (gamma globulines, facteurs anti hémophiliques...) cette pratique fait échec au règlement 2309/93 qui ne permet plus aux Etats membres de s'opposer à la mise sur leur marché national de médicaments munis d'une autorisation communautaire.
As regards stable blood products (gamma globulins, anti-haemophilic factors, etc.) this practice contravenes Regulation 2309/93 which no longer allows Member States to oppose the placing on their national markets of medicinal products covered by a Community authorisation.
