Effectivement, Patrimoine Canada, heureux de pouvoir consulter l'ensemble des Canadiens et des Canadiennes, a fait imprimer 3 000 documents en se disant: «Allons-y, let's go, on consulte tous les groupes environnementaux, les groupes ayant des intérêts de près ou de loin avec la création d'une zone protégée de telle catégorie».
Actually, what happened is that Heritage Canada, very proud to be able to show that they were consulting Canadians, had 3,000 copies made of the document. They decided to go ahead and consult all the environmental groups, all the groups who were in any way concerned with the establishment of marine conservation areas.
