Notes that many of the agencies have strengthened their presence online and have put substantial efforts into raising their visibility and welcomes the proactive approach in this regard; further invites the agencies to expand their visibility through other tools such as social networks, open days, presence at fairs and other similar tools in order ensure that the European citizens are well informed in a transparent manner about the agencies’ work;
