Definition: The essential feature is recurrent obsessional thoughts or compulsive acts. (3) The direction to remove a counsel from the record shall set out the last known address of the client.

They comprise the Secretaries-General of the other Ministries concerned with Cohesion Fund assistance, representatives of the Commission, i.e. the Cohesion Fund and the other Directorates and Directorates-General concerned, representatives of the EIB, other representatives of the Greek Ministries and representatives of the associations of local councils and mayors as project promoters.

whichever is earlier, a counsel may move, on notice to his or her client, for a direction to remove him or her as counsel of record.

(2) A notice of motion for the removal of a counsel from the record and a direction under subsection (1) shall be served on the client personally or by sending a copy by mail to the last known address of the client.
