(1) Un changement à la sous-position 6108.31 du tricot circulaire, uniquement de fils de coton excédant 100 numéros métriques en fils simples, des sous-positions 6006.21 à 6006.24, à la condition que le produit, col, poignets, ceinture montée, élastique ou dentelle mis à part, soit entièrement fait de tel tissu et qu’il soit taillé et cousu ou autrement assemblé sur le territoire d’un ou des deux pays ALÉCCR; ou
(1) A change to subheading 6108.31 from circular knit fabric, wholly of cotton yarns exceeding 100 metric number per single yarn, of subheadings 6006.21 through 6006.24, provided that the good, exclusive of collar, cuffs, waistband, elastic or lace, is wholly of such fabric and the good is both cut and sewn or otherwise assembled in the territory of one or both of the CCRFTA countries; or
