...[+++]onstruction de bassins de radoub, chapitre 9 des Statuts du Canada de 1899, de la Loi des subventions aux bassins de radoub, chapitre 116 des Statuts revisés du Canada de 1906 ou de la Loi des subventions aux bassins de radoub, chapitre 24 des Statuts du Canada de 1908. La valeur de ces ouvrages et biens à l’époque de la passation du contrat, dans la mesure où ils peuvent être utiles à la construction d’un bassin de radoub de plus grande dimension ou capacité en vertu de la présente loi, est réputée, pour les besoins du calcul de la subvention, faire partie du coût du bassin de radoub construit sous le régime de la présente loi.4 (1) For the purpose of constructing a dry dock under this Act, the company entering into the agreement contemplated by section 3 may utilize, or acquire for the purpose of utilizing, the works and property of any existing dry dock company whose dock has been constructed under An A
