Where a customer specifies a model not normally sold in the Member State concerned, the price should relate to the nearest equivalent model ; c) reminding them that, in accordance with Regulation 123/85 and the Notice clarifying the activities of intermediaries (O.J. Nº C329 - 18/12/1991), they are also free to supply intermediaries and to sell to dealers in other Member States, and assuring them that they will not be penalized in any way if they do so.
