O. considérant que, dans ses conclusions du 10 octobre 2011, le Conseil a salué les efforts de l'opposition politique syrienne visant à établir une plateforme unie, appelé la communauté international à saluer également ces efforts et signalé la création du Conseil national syrien (CNS) comme une avancée positive; considérant qu’en Syrie également a été créé le Comité national pour le changement démocratique;
O. whereas, in its conclusions of 10 October 2011, the Council welcomed the efforts of the Syrian political opposition to establish a united platform, called on the international community also to welcome these efforts, and noted the creation of the Syrian National Council (SNC) as a positive step forward; whereas the National Committee for Democratic Change has also been created in Syria;
