Il convient que chaque programme de développement rural fasse l'objet d'un suivi approprié, encadré par un comité de suivi, sur la base d'un cadre commun de suivi et d'évaluation qui est établi et mis en œuvre en partenariat avec les États membres, afin de répondre de façon efficace aux besoins spécifiques du développement rural.
Each rural development programme should be subject to appropriate monitoring, by a Monitoring Committee, on the basis of a common monitoring and evaluation framework established and implemented in partnership with the Member States, to effectively meet the specific needs of rural development.
