1. Dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la date de notification à l'État membre de la décision de la Commission portant adoption d'un programme, l'État membre, en accord avec l'autorité de gestion, institue, conformément à son cadre institutionnel, juridique et financier, un comité chargé du suivi de la mise en œuvre du programme (ci-après dénommé "comité de suivi").
1. Within three months of the date of notification to the Member State of the Commission decision adopting a programme, the Member State shall set up a committee, in accordance with its institutional, legal and financial framework, to monitor implementation of the programme, in agreement with the managing authority (the "monitoring committee").
