charge son Président de transmettre la présente résolution à la vice-présidente de la Commission et haute représentante de l'Union pour les affaires étrangères et la politique de sécurité, aux gouvernements et aux parlements des États membres, au gouvernement et à l'Assemblée nationale du Viêt Nam, aux gouvernements et aux parlements des États membres de l'ANASE, au haut-commissaire des Nations unies aux droits de l'homme, ainsi qu'au secrétaire général des Nations unies.
Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Vice-President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign affairs and Security Policy, the governments and parliaments of the Member States, the Government and National Assembly of Vietnam, the governments and parliaments of the ASEAN member states, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
