BZ. considérant qu'à la suite du dialogue mené avec l'Union européenne et le secrétaire général du Conseil de l'Europe dans le cadre d'un échange de lettres et de réunions d'experts, d'autres amendements législatifs ont été déposés en février 2013 en vue de renforcer et de garantir l'indépendance des organes de régulation des médias, notamment en ce qui concerne les règles relatives aux conditions de désignation et d'élection du président de l'autorité nationale responsable des médias et des télécommunications et du conseil des médias et concernant, respectivement, la procédure de nomination, la personne qui procède à la nomination et la décision d'un deuxième mandat;
BZ. whereas, further to the dialogue conducted with the EU and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe through an exchange of letters and expert meetings, further legal amendments were tabled in February 2013 in order to strengthen and guarantee the independence of the media regulatory bodies, notably in respect of the rules relating to the conditions of the appointment and election of the President of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority and the Media Council and concerning, respectively, the nomination procedure, the person making the appointment and repeated appointment;
