Pour l’application de l’article 2, le Cimetière Beechwood est constitué, selon le régime d’enregistrement des actes de l’Ontario, de ce qui suit : « Part of Lot 3, Concession Junction Gore, Part of Lot 2, Concession Junction Gore, Part of Block 23, Plan 92, Part of Blocks 15A and Btn Rds, Plan 92, Ottawa and Vanier ».
3. For the purpose of section 2, Beechwood Cemetery is, under the registry system of Ontario, the area composed of Part of Lot 3, Concession Junction Gore, Part of Lot 2, Concession Junction Gore, Part of Block 23, Plan 92, Part of Blocks 15A and Btn Rds, Plan 92, Ottawa and Vanier.
