34. déplore le fait qu'à ce jour, aucun accord n'ait été conclu pour le contrôle externe public et indépendant du FESF et regrette que, même après la nomination, par la Cour, d'un membre du comité d'audit du MES, le rapport d'audit annuel de ce comité ne sera pas mis à la disposition ni du Parlement, ni du grand public; invite la Cour à présenter régulièrement au Parlement le rapport d'audit annuel de ce comité ainsi que toute autre information relative aux activités de la Cour à cet égard, afin que le Parlement puisse vérifier les travaux de la Cour des comptes lors de la procédure de décharge;
