La deuxième condition est que nous avons besoin d’un environnement de sécurité et de soutien de la part de l’Union européenne, d’un environnement de cohésion politique. En effet, tout au long de cette crise, et notamment ces dernières semaines, nous avons assisté à un dialogue public informel entre les capitales européennes, la Commission européenne et la Banque centrale européenne, avec les agences de notation de crédit jouant bizarrement le rôle d’arbitre, au sujet de la fameuse participation éventuelle du secteur privé dans le sauvetage grec.
The second condition is that we need an environment of security and support from the European Union, an environment of political cohesion because, throughout the crisis and, in particular, over the last few weeks, we have seen an informal public dialogue between European capitals, the European Commission and the European Central Bank, with the credit rating agencies acting as a strange sort of referee, in connection with the much talked about involvement of the private sector in the new Greek bail-out.
