Les objectifs de ce programme s'articulent autour de quatre axes prioritaires : structuration polycentrique de l’Espace et développement de pôles de compétence, développement de systèmes de transport et amélioration de l’accès à la société de l’information, promotion de l’environnement et promotion de l’identité atlantique.
The objectives of this programme are based upon four priority axes: the polycentric structuring of the area and the development of poles of competence, the development of transport systems and improving access to the information society, the promotion of the environment and the promotion of Atlantic identity.
