En application de la jurisprudence citée au point 36 du présent arrêt, la décision approuvant cette convention au nom de la Communauté devait donc être fondée sur les deux bases juridiques correspondantes, soit, en l’occurrence, les articles 133 CE et 175, paragraphe 1, CE, en liaison avec les dispositions pertinentes de l’article 300 CE.
In accordance with the case-law cited in paragraph 36 of the present judgment, the decision approving that Convention on behalf of the Community should therefore have been based on the two corresponding legal bases, namely, in this case, Articles 133 EC and 175(1) EC, in conjunction with the relevant provisions of Article 300 EC.
