Par micro-entités, nous entendons des entreprises d’une taille particulièrement réduite, employant peu de salariés, dégageant un chiffre d’affaires et des bénéfices minimes et qui, en pratique, ne sont actives qu’au niveau régional ou local. Disons, par exemple, un petit boulanger ou un petit peintre en bâtiment ou décorateur.
We wanted to free micro-entities – and here we are talking about companies that are particularly small, with few employees, minimum turnover and profit figures and which effectively only operate in a regional, local area, say a small baker or painter and decorator – from accounting obligations.
