101 (1) Dans les trente jours qui précèdent l’ouverture de la liquidation sous le régime de la présente loi, est nul tout paiement par une compagnie incapable de remplir en entier ses engagements, fait à une personne qui connaissait cette incapacité ou avait un motif raisonnable de croire à l’existence de cette incapacité. Le liquidateur peut recouvrer la somme payée, par voie d’action portée devant tout tribunal compétent.
101 (1) Every payment made within thirty days next before the commencement of the winding-up under this Act by a company unable to meet its engagements in full, to a person who knows of that inability or has probable cause for believing that inability exists, is void, and the amount paid may be recovered back by the liquidator by suit or action in any court of competent jurisdiction.
