Les dispositions du projet de loi font allusion à l'intérêt, mais jamais à la valeur, sauf à l'article de départ du code, où on nous dit, à 2 a) «d'augmenter ou de préserver la valeur de son actic» et, à 2 b), «de réduire la valeur de son passif ou d'éliminer celui-ci».
The provisions of the bill refer to the interests, but never to their value, except in the beginning of the code, where 2(a) refers to increasing or preserving “ the value of the Member's assets” and where 2(b) mentions “the extinguishment or reduction in the amount of the Member's liabilities”.
