Considerando que las autoridades competentes de Argentina se han comprometido a notificar a la Comisión y a los Estados miembros, por télex o fax y dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a su confirmación, la aparición de cualquiera de las siguientes enfermedades: peste bovina, fiebre aftosa, perineumonía contagiosa bovina, fiebre catarral ovina, enfermedad hemorrágica epizoótica, fiebre del Valle del Rift y estomatitis vesicular contagiosa, o la modificación de la política de vacunación contra esas enfermedades;
Whereas the competent authorities of Argentina have undertaken to notify the Commission and the Member States by telex or fax within 24 hours of the confirmation of the occurrence of any of the following diseases: rinderpest, foot-and-mouth disease, contagious bovine pleuropneumonia, bluetongue, epizootic haemorrhagic disease, Rift Valley fever and contagious vesicular stomatitis or changes in the policy of vaccination against them;
