Point A(d) of Part II of Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 provides for a derogation from the prohibition laid down in Article 7(1) and (2) of that Regulation so that the feeding to farmed animals of tuber and root crops and feedingstuffs containing such products following the detection of bone may be permitted by the Member States if there has been a favourable risk assessment.
L’annexe IV, partie II, point A d), du règlement (CE) no 999/2001 prévoit une dérogation à l’interdiction établie à l’article 7, paragraphes 1 et 2, du même règlement, afin que les États membres puissent permettre l’utilisation, dans l’alimentation des animaux d’élevage, de tubercules et de racines comestibles ainsi que d’aliments pour animaux contenant ces produits après détection de spicules osseux dans ceux-ci, sous réserve d’une analyse de risque favorable.
