Even if the Swiss Institute for Comparative Law’s study is just a preliminary study on all systems, it is quite clear that contracting all the economic aspects to a university centre with companies such as Stanley Leisure, Gala Group, London Clubs International or the Camelot Group on its administrative board is nevertheless, in my opinion, far from being as objective as it should be.
Auch wenn die Studie des Schweizerischen Instituts für Rechtsvergleichung lediglich eine Vorstudie über sämtliche Systeme ist, so scheint mir doch, dass die Tatsache, dass sämtliche wirtschaftlichen Aspekte einem Hochschulzentrum übertragen werden, in dessen Verwaltungsrat Unternehmen wie Stanley Leisure, Gala Group, London Clubs International und Camelot Group vertreten sind, unzweifelhaft einen beträchtlichen Verstoß gegen die unerlässliche Objektivität darzustellen.
