At those meetings, an examination of the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council codifying Council Directive 79/532/EEC of 17 May 1979 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the component type-approval of lighting and light-signalling devices on wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s establishing, by common accord, as follows.
Bei der Prüfung des Vorschlags für eine Richtlinie des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates zur Kodifizierung der Richtlinie 79/532/EWG des Rates vom 17. Mai 1979 zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten über die Bauartgenehmigung der Beleuchtungs- und Lichtsignaleinrichtungen für land- oder forstwirtschaftliche Zugmaschinen auf Rädern hat die beratende Gruppe übereinstimmend Folgendes festgestellt:
