agreements on the basis of which a credit or financial institution grants credit in the form of advances on current accounts or debit accounts , where the total amount has to be repaid within three months or on demand; the provisions of Article 7 and Article 17 shall, however, apply to such credit agreements;
Verträge, aufgrund deren Kredite durch ein Kredit- oder Geldinstitut in Form von Überziehungskrediten auf laufenden Konten oder in Form von Debitkonten gewährt werden, wenn der gesamte Betrag innerhalb von drei Monaten oder auf Verlangen zurückgezahlt werden muss; jedoch sind auf solche Kredite Artikel 7 und Artikel 17 anwendbar;
