(5a) "building component" means an individual part of a building which influences the energy performance of the building and is not covered by the technical building system, including windows, shading, exterior doors, walls, foundation, basement slab, ceiling, roof, and insulation systems;
(5 bis) "composant de bâtiment": partie individuelle du bâtiment qui influe sur la performance énergétique du bâtiment, mais qui n'est pas comprise dans le système technique du bâtiment, notamment fenêtres, système d'occultation, portes extérieures, murs, fondations, dalle de sous-sol, plafond, toit, ainsi que son isolation;
