(7) On tenders of the Vanderbilt type, with three filling holes, there shall be a hand rail four inches above the level of the top running board not less than one inch in diameter, extending from the present hand rail, which extends from the coal space to within 20 inches of the first filling hole, to the rear end of the tender at each side of the top running board.
(7) Sur les tenders du type Vanderbilt ayant trois trous de remplissage, il doit y avoir, à quatre pouces au-dessus du niveau de la passerelle du dessus, une main courante d’au moins un pouce de diamètre. Cette main courante doit s’étendre de la main courante existante, qui va de la soute à charbon à moins de 20 pouces du premier trou de remplissage, jusqu’à l’extrémité arrière du tender, de chaque côté de la passerelle du dessus.
