«b) La Commission est habilitée à adopter des actes délégués conformément à l’article 48 bis en ce qui concerne, d’une part, la méthode de calcul des pourcentages des espèces cibles et d’autres espèces conservées à bord lorsque celles-ci ont été capturées à l’aide d’un ou de plusieurs filets remorqués simultanément par plusieurs navires de pêche et, d’autre part, la méthode de vérification permettant de garantir que tout navire de pêche participant à l’opération conjointe de pêche qui conserve du poisson à bord respecte les pourcentages des espèces figurant aux annexes I à V».
