2. Calls on the Commission to work on the expansion of the membership base of the International Rubber Study Group, in particular by engaging with the main rubber producing and consuming countries, to closely monitor the workings of the Group, and to report back to the Parliament on any relevant developments within two years of the date of entry into force of the Group's amended Constitution and Rules of Procedure;
2. demande à la Commission d'œuvrer en faveur d'un élargissement du nombre de membres du Groupe international d'études du caoutchouc, en nouant plus particulièrement le dialogue avec les principaux pays producteurs et consommateurs, de suivre attentivement les travaux du Groupe, et de faire rapport au Parlement sur toute évolution pertinente dans un délai de deux ans à compter de la date d'entrée en vigueur des statuts et du règlement intérieur modifiés dudit Groupe;
