572.1 Despite section 572, this Part does not apply in respect of the insurance against injury to persons or loss of or damage to property, or liability for such injury, loss or damage, caused by nuclear energy, including ionizing radiation and contamination by radioactive substances, to the extent that, in the opinion of the Superintendent, that insurance is not available within Canada.
572.1 Malgré l’article 572, la présente partie ne régit pas l’assurance contre les accidents corporels, la perte de biens ou les dommages causés aux biens, l’assurance de responsabilité dans ces trois branches lorsque le sinistre est causé par l’énergie nucléaire, y compris les rayons ionisants et la contamination par des substances radioactives, dans la mesure où, de l’avis du surintendant, telle assurance n’existe pas au Canada.
