The auditors’ duties involve submitting a written audit report to the Parliamentary Supervisory Council overseeing the Bank, containing opinions on the way in which the balance sheet principles adopted by the Council have been complied with in drawing up the balance sheet and adopting it and the profit and loss account, and an opinion on the board’s proposal for measures relating to the Bank’s results.
