considérant qu'il est opportun de fixer la restitution accordée pour le sucre brut de la qualité type définie à l'article 1er du règlement (CEE) nº 431/68 du Conseil, du 9 avril 1968, déterminant la qualité type pour le sucre brut et le lieu de passage en frontière de la Communauté pour le calcul des prix C.A.F. dans le secteur du sucre (2) ; que la restitution accordée pour le sucre brut ne peut, conformément à l'article 17 paragraphe 2 troisième alinéa du règlement nº 1009/ (1) JO nº 308 du 18.12.1967, p. 1 (2) JO nº L 89 du 10.4.1968, p. 3.
