(g) access to a telecommunications circuit, line, frequency, channel or partial channel, or to other similar means of transmitting a telecommunication (but not including a satellite channel), for use in providing a service described in paragraph (a) of the definition “telecommunication service” in subsection 123(1) of the Act if the access is acquired for consumption or use in a specified province; and
g) l’accès à un circuit, une ligne, une fréquence, un canal ou une voie partielle de télécommunication ou à un autre moyen semblable de transmission d’une télécommunication, à l’exception d’une voie de satellite, qui sert à offrir un service visé à l’alinéa a) de la définition de « service de télécommunication » au paragraphe 123(1) de la Loi, si l’accès est acquis en vue d’être consommé ou utilisé dans une province déterminée;
