3. Whichever administration method is adopted shall give due weight to the Community's supply requirements and the need to safeguard market equilibrium, but may also draw on methods used to administer quotas in the past such as those referred to in paragraph 1, without prejudice to the rights arising from agreements concluded in the framework of the Uruguay Round negotiations.

La méthode de gestion établie tient compte, où il s'avère approprié, des besoins d'approvisionnement du marché de la Communauté et de la nécessité de sauvegarder l'équilibre de celui-ci, tout en pouvant s'inspirer des méthodes appliquées dans le passé aux contingents correspondant à ceux visés au paragraphe 1, sans préjudice des droits découlant des accords conclus dans le cadre des négociations commerciales du cycle d'Uruguay.
