What we've said is that one can imagine the scenario where, if there are no further really big disturbances, confidence could return fairly early in the new year, and we could actually have relatively strong U.S. growth commencing sometime in the first half of 2002 and carrying on, in which case a lot of our problems would evaporate with that.
