4. Aid amounts granted to silkworm rearers shall be fixed by the Commission, by means of implementing acts adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 323(1a), taking into account the organisation of the silkworm rearing sector in certain regions of the Union and the need to facilitate the adaptation of supply to the market situation.

Les montants de l'aide destinée aux sériculteurs sont fixés par la Commission au moyen d'actes d'exécution adoptés conformément à la procédure d'examen visée à l'article 323, paragraphe 1 bis, compte tenu de l'organisation du secteur du ver à soie dans certaines régions de l'Union et de la nécessité de faciliter l'adaptation de l'approvisionnement à la situation du marché.
