The rapporteur therefore advocates the setting up of a single management structure (with industry participating in an advisory capacity) on the basis of the Commission proposal, to act as a partner, adviser and relay station between public and private interests and to prepare the future phases involving the private sector.
Le rapporteur préconise par conséquent la mise en place, avec la participation consultative de l'industrie, d'une gestion unique, sur la base de la proposition de la Commission, qui servirait d'interlocuteur, de conseil et de relais entre les intérêts publics et privés et préparerait les phases ultérieures avec la participation du secteur privé.
