These requirements shall be consistent with other applicable Community legislation and shall take account of general indoor climate and indoor and outdoor lighting conditions, in order to avoid possible negative effects such as inadequate ventilation, inadequate natural lighting, as well as local conditions and the designated function and the age of the building.
